Blue Sky was formed to bring together entrepreneurs who have built and sold their own businesses to share our collective exit experiences with you as you contemplate your Exit from your business.
Reflecting back on my 4 prior businesses, I felt that there needed to be a better experience for companies in the lower middle market. Our model is designed to give the lower middle market business owner access to the same level of planning, guidance, and strategy that business owners of larger companies receive.
Our process is flexible and custom-tailored – we don’t believe in one size fits all because no two businesses and no two business owners are the same. Every business comes with its own set of challenges, and every business owner has different goals and motivations for exiting.
